Return Policy

Return Policy on store items:

All returns must be requested within 30 days after purchase and must be returned unused, not worn and in their original packaging. Please click the link here in order to access our Returns Portal and start your return.  In addition:

• If the incorrect size or color is ordered by you the "customer", or if you wish to return the unused item for any reason, then you agree to pay to return the item, as well as pay to have us ship you the correct item. 
• If the incorrect size or color is sent to you by us and does not match the order you requested, after requesting verification with images for proof and validation, we will send you a return label to send us back the incorrect item and ship you the correct one for free. Or we will refund you entirely, whichever you request.
• For all gloves that were damaged or defective BEFORE using, after requesting verification with images for proof and validation, we will reship you a new product or refund you, whichever you request. 
• If a glove is ripped or torn within 30 days of use (this does not include bones falling off), we will also reship you a new product or refund you, whichever you request after sending proof with image validation. 
• If bones fall off after use, this does not guarantee a refund or replacement. Please see further details below *

All sales on custom apparel orders are final. Please see Terms of Sale for details.

*Please Note: There is a 5% chance the injection of the bones material might peel off while playing. Football is an intense sport. Just like the scuffs on your helmet or cleats. Or the scratches, holes and tears in your jersey and pants. There are things we cannot prevent from happening due to the intensity of the sport and unforeseen circumstances. The only way to prevent this, would be to not use them.
